First, choose your IIgs and load its ROMs
The IIgs can't switch on without the ROM chips Apple built into it. They are still under copyright, so they aren't included here: choose or drop your own ROM image files. They stay in this browser and are never sent anywhere. The browser remembers them, so you only need to do this once.

Release to load these ROMs
Drop disk images anywhere on the page: 800K ones (.po, .2mg) go in a 3.5" drive, 5.25" ones (.dsk, .do, .po, .nib, .woz) in a 5.25" drive, and hard disks of up to 32 MB (.hdv, .po, .2mg) in slot 7, or drop onto a drive's row. Several at once, such as all the disks of a set, give each drive a Swap menu. The IIgs starts from the hard disk first, then the 5.25" drives, then the 3.5" ones.

Left Alt (Option on a Mac) is the Command (Apple) key and Right Alt is Option. Ctrl+F12 is Ctrl-Reset, and with Command held it restarts; Ctrl+Left Alt+Esc opens the Control Panel. Click the screen for the mouse, and Esc to let it go. To play a joystick game on the keyboard, choose keys for the joystick (keys it uses don't type, so set it back to No keys for typing). Gamepads work without taking any keys. The speaker plays; the Ensoniq sound chip doesn't yet.
